What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses, plus your order history. We do not collect NRIC numbers. Card details are entered on our payment providers’ secure pages (AXS, Stripe, HitPay) and never reach our servers.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including sharing your delivery details with our courier (SPX Express).
- To manage your account if you create one.
- To send cart reminders, only if you tick the reminder box at checkout (at most two emails).
- To send news and offers, only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 5 years (tax record-keeping), then personal details are anonymised.
- Inactive accounts: deleted after 24 months without activity.
- Unpaid, failed or cancelled orders: removed after 7–30 days.
- Saved carts for reminders: deleted after 30 days.
Your choices and rights
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may access and correct your personal data and withdraw consent. Signed-in customers can update details under My Account → Account details and Addresses, change email preferences and request a copy or deletion of their data under My Account → Privacy & preferences. Anyone can also email our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Customer data is stored in an encrypted database, backed up nightly to encrypted off-site storage, and staff access requires two-factor authentication.
